Christina Kostopoulos, MS.Ed, CMHC

Christina specializes in helping adolescents and adults, who have felt misunderstood, to heal their self worth wounds, depression, grief, anxiety, and disordered eating.

Background

Do you fear no one will understand you? In situations longer than you should be? Struggling with the complexities of grief or major life transitions? I want to help adolescents heal their self-worth wounds before their potential harmful coping skills manifest into lifelong struggles, and I love to see adults rewrite their story once they understand that the only person that needs to understand them is themselves.

I work with clients ages 10-50, honoring highly sensitive minds through adolescents and adulthood. I commonly see a comorbidity of anxiety and depression with eating disorders, codependency, grief, and insomnia. As a certified coach, I offer coaching for folks who prefer a goal-orientated approach to their wellness. I take your vulnerability seriously. I will use my authentic self to invite your authentic self to shine. My practice is neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming, as well as supports Health at Every Size.
