Jessica specializes in using strengths-based approaches to helping individuals with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, parenting, co-parenting, and motherhood. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space to provide individualized care using evidence-based techniques and wellness strategies.

Counseling is for those looking to process deeper emotions and concerns with a mental health professional. Mental health counseling provides a safe, respectful, confidential, and collaborative environment, using non-judgmental listening to learn about current challenges and changes you’d like to make.

Jessica applies evidence-based conventional and complementary therapeutic techniques to encourage communication of conflicts, insight into problems, with the goal of relieving symptoms (emotional, mental health, or stress). A trauma-informed approach will help you tap into your authentic self, heal past hurt, and recognize your current needs.

Currently accepting adult and adolescent clients ages 13+. Private pay. Can provide superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Inquire about a sliding fee scale if applicable. Available for virtual appointments (Minnesota-based clients only) and in-person appointments at the Aslan Institute in Eagan, Minnesota.

Holistic Life Coaching is the perfect support for those looking to hone their existing strengths, renew their purpose, and pursue established goals. In these virtual sessions, Jessica will provide guiding questions, exploratory activities, and gentle accountability to build confidence and move you toward meaningful change.

​

Through the experience of holistic life coaching, the client has the answers and the coach has the questions. As a coach, Jessica is engaged in the process to help clients find their own answer within themselves.

​

Together, you can bring intentionality into your life, whether it’s for support during a transition, guidance toward a goal, or establishing routines to support your peace in times of burnout, struggle, or just plain parenting!

Mindful Meditation Mentoring is personalized guidance from a certified mindfulness mentor to integrate meditation and mindfulness skills and techniques into your daily routines, relationships, and self-care practices. With virtual trainings ranging from a one-hour “tune-up” appointment to packages of four sessions, explore mindfulness practices and reflect on how you use them in everyday activities to bring more peace to your life, deepen connections, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Themes of guided meditations will be tailored to your unique needs and personal goals.
